What if There Was No Reason of Anything
What if it Works?
Let me start by explaining this title. Reasoning is a type of logic. A way to put things together.
But what if there was no reason at all?
In the previous post, we were talking about no laws. What about something worse? No logic? No reason? Meaning no thinking.
Yikes, we could see how this is turning.
Get ready.
1. What we would think it would be like?
Choas. Yes everybody knows that. If nobody was thinking, then nobody would of the brains to establish laws ... because they wouldn't have brains. Well, then everybody would eat each other alive.
But besides chaos what else would it be?
Well, if nobody was reasoning, that also means nobody can learn from mistakes so the same thing would just be happening all over again.
For example, some person, let's call him Flich (not a human name,) throws a ball. What happens next? The ball hits a lion, the lion goes crazy and almost eats Flinch.
Now Flinch, having no reason, would do the same thing again ... and well get eaten by a lion.
So we could also see some other effects by this.
2. What it would be like?
So let's just take one example. That we have here. Throwing a ball at a lion. (Don't do that by the way.) So let's say everybody threw balls at lions. Everybody would get eaten. But would anybody even have reason to run away? Probably not.
Humans will go extinct without reason.
All because of lions. Thanks, guys.
But things other than that could happen too. Even worse things. Imagine if somebody decided to jump in lava, and everybody would follow after him with no reasoning?
The human race could also kill itself.
That brings up the question. Do animals have reasoning? Obviously, because then they would be killing themselves, but what level of reasoning? A low level of reason?
Well it's most likly safe to say that. Becouse humans are genrally smarter then animals.
That's what we are supposed to be.
Oh ya, I forgot we all come from monkeys. So much for that thery. Like we were hoping from tree to tree eating bananas five billion years ago.
But if animals do have resening, even a low type of it, that would mean that if we had no reasening, that would make animals smarter then us. Mabey animals would take over the world in that case.
That, or they'll give us reasoning.
