What if We Were All Super Fast?
What if it Works?
Intro

We had all types of transportation over the years. Horses, Cars, Trains, Planes, you name it! All those things were invented to get from one place to another. It's only useful because we can't really do it ourselves.
Although, what if we could?
What if we could go at supersonic distances on our own two feet? Wouldn't that be awesome? Perhaps. Would it be worth it? Well, that's a different story. Let's see.
1. What we would think it would be like?
Imagine a new shoe company came out. Let's call that company Speeders. (If this is an official name, my apologies.) Now, say Speeders came out with a shoe that makes its wearer's foot have more muscles, flexible joints, and fast reflexes by injecting ultra-oil into your vain.
After the ultra-oil observes into your legs, you are able to run very long distances without breaking a sweat.
That would seem like a neat idea, but how much would it be worth? There would be a lot of demand for it, as it would allow us to get from A to B without a car. So would these Speeder shoes be the same amount as a car if it accomplishes the same thing?
Maybe not.
2. What it would be like?
You see, cars are more than moving us around places. The have look, design, and structure. These speeder shoes wouldn't have that. It would just be ... well, shoes. Maybe it would look nice, fancy, and "futuristic," but nothing compared to cars.
So the shoes would probably be a lot more expensive than most shoes, but still way cheaper than regular, everyday cars.
Would that mean no more streets traffic lights, and all that? Perhaps not either. What if a citizen, is walking on the sidewalk, and all of a sudden someone in his speeder shoes comes and smashes the poor guy? That doesn't seem like it would end so well, wouldn't it?
So there's still going to have to be streets, and traffic lights, stop signs and all that.
All though, at the end of the day, people are still going to cross the street. So, all this stuff will still have to remain.
Then again what if people would just prefer cars? Would it Speeder shoes catch on? Or would nobody care about it, and just drive their cars? Well, it depends on your personality. If you like sitting down when you're traveling, then obviously you would just get a car.
On the other hand, if you just want to run around, and get some exercise then these Speeder shoes will be the best choice.
That still leaves us with a question: would people get more Speeder shoes then cars, or not? I would think people would end up getting the shoes because it will be nice and different. Once people are already used to getting it, they would just stick with the shoes, and it will be the new norm.
Maybe not but that will just to be your opinion. Wouldn't the Speeder shoes, be a good or bad idea. Well, that's your opinion.
